Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) would like to know more about your experience with Pacify.
Philly families will be asked to fill out a 15 minute online survey when their child reaches 6 months and will receive a $20 gift card for their time.
Criteria to enroll
- 18 or older
- Philly resident
- Downloaded the Pacify app while pregnant OR postpartum (less than 1 month)
