Pacify is a mobile app that connects new and expecting parents with maternal and pediatric experts. A Pacify membership includes unlimited video visits and calls with experts like Doulas, Lactation Consultants, and Pediatric Nurses, 24/7 - no appointments, no waiting. All parents have questions about their baby’s health – Pacify experts have you covered!

Pacify’s nurse support is audio only, just like a phone call. Pacify Doula and Lactation Consultant calls are video-enabled, which is similar to FaceTime. Connecting with a video call enables you and the Pacify expert to see one another (which can help for certain questions), but you can disable the video anytime.

The Pacify app works on any smartphone with reliable internet connectivity. A 3G or 4G connection are both sufficient, though it is best to use the app while connected to Wi-Fi.

Using Pacify is a personal experience, and your consultations with our providers are private. You can choose whether or not to share aggregate data about your Pacify interactions with your company (so they can understand program usage). Pacify meets all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

You can ask Pacify experts anything about pregnancy, the postpartum period, and feeding your baby! Common topics include preparing for labor, birth plans, recovering from birth, breastfeeding, sleeping patterns, rashes, going back to work, and more. You can’t fill a prescription with Pacify, but you can ask about an existing prescription.
