Our birth doulas accompany families on their journey toward a healthy and satisfying birth experience. We draw on professional training, knowledge, and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort and communication to help you make informed decisions throughout pregnancy and labor. We provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, soothing touch, positioning, and other comfort techniques. Packages are not customizable; however, clients may add virtual prenatal visits, virtual postpartum visits, or infant feeding support packages à la carte to meet your family's needs. In-person perinatal support is available in select markets only. Where in-person support is not available, we are able to offer virtual-only packages; please schedule a discovery call to inquire.

Our postpartum doulas provide non-medical, physical, emotional, educational and family support after your birth. Our doulas will assist you with self-care recovery, caring for your newborn, infant feeding, helping your family adjust to new roles, and light household support, such as preparing snacks, helping with baby laundry, and washing bottles. During the day, doulas prioritize new parent education, parent and infant care, infant feeding education, and light household support. Overnight, doulas prioritize infant care and feeding to protect parents' sleep and support rest and recovery. In-person support available in select locations.
